Ultima 6 - you can have sex with a prostitute; you just need to know the right NPC and say the right keyword to her.
Ultima 7 - there is a brothel in Bucc Den.
Ultima 7:2 - sleep with the horny Wolf leader, the magelord's mistress (she insists!), and I am sure there are a few things you can do to sheep that are illegal...
Treasures of the Savage Frontier - isn't explicit, but once you get the romance thing going, the PC in the relationship gets a serious case of blueballs when the NPC gets kidnapped.
Baldur's Gate 2 - Aerie carries your child into battle! Does anything more needs to be said?
NWN - brothel in City Core.
NWN2 - end result of the romance.
Realms of Arkania - brothels everywhere.
Temple of Elemental Evil - brothel in the pirate town.
Dragon Age: Origins - as many times as you want with romanceable NPCs; heck with Morrigan, you can start boning her straight out of Lothering if you know what you are doing. In the human noble origin, you can bone a NPC halfway into the origin vignette. In the dwarven noble origin, you can have an orgy about half way through the vignette as well. You'd be excuse for thinking that it is the primary reason the entire setting/game exists.
Fallout - several times, and not always prostitutes either.
Fallout 2 - if you play female, there are precious few places you don't get boned. For males, there is Madoc and New Reno. Of course, there is always the pornstar gig.
Parasite Eve - you don't get to, but the main antagonist? Oh, yeah...
Shadow Hearts - it is not explicit, but I believe you and Alice gets it on offscreen. It is at least heavily implied.

The only game I can recall where I might have wanted to was Planescape: Torment with Fall From Grace or Anna or even Deionarra for ghostsex. I can't remember if it was a thing in PS:T though. Not sure Sheena Easton would have been ok with doing the dialogue. It's usually just a few lines of extra text rather than like a mini-game or something though. You probably should have been more specific in your question as to what you meant.

I prefer to think of Viconia as having blue skin rather than brown. Although surely Aerie was the only even almost pretty female in BG2 with that little pixie face with Nalia getting second place I suppose. Bioware has always been a fan of romances and later even bromances. BG2 should have had at least one chaotic evil beauty, but alas...

Yeah but she wasn't pretty. Or rather her original portrait wasn't. The remade versions I've seen haven't been either. Some artist should have made attractive avatars for all of the female BG2 chars. Usually the faces are too big and long to be cute or feminine. JRPGs (and anime) seem to get the idea better: pretty faces should be small but with large widely spaced eyes.

I rather liked the SoD Viconia portrait
