Again, do you think that the Spanish or Chinese market for RPG's is bigger than the German? The 100 million German speakers have more spare change to waste on games than Latin America or China. In fact, the German market for RPG's has been always the second largest one, based on revenue. Whether Germany is a vassal state or not is completely irrelevant in this.
You know that the Chinese has, uhhh, 1.3 billion of population right.
And Spanish is probably spoken by most of South America sub-continent?
While certainly RPG as a whole might not be as popular on both, based on population alone, it is more than enough reason to translate to one of these language. Not to mention the fact that Chinese and South American have rather poor English that won't play a text heavy game otherwise, vs German who probably have good enough english.
