Shipping Time

Hey Wolf, I was just wondering is it unusual for a US Citizen to receive there game like in a 7 day or so criteria. Last Tuesday at 3:30 pm USA Central Time I ordered so should it of been here by now from the 4 to 5 day thing or is it still good?

Well, yes; in so far as I know, the delivery times specified on www.teudogar.com/order.htm are correct: In the U.S., you should usually receive your Full Version 5 days after placing your order, in Europe within 2 to 4 days, depending on your country, and in Australia and other countries within around 6 days. (I'm actually quite proud of the reliability with which I've so far been able to ship every single Full Version within 24 hours after receiving an order, even on Sundays or holidays.)

However, transatlantic delivery is done via cooperation by Deutsche Post/DHL, independent airlines, the US postal service and so on, and a delay at each of these might hold everything up. In Germany, the 1st of May is a national holiday; and the following day was a Sunday; so perhaps the German Postal Service didn't operate (or at least not with full capacity) on these days - perhaps that might explain the delay with your shipment.

If you'd like me to give you the exact shipping time of your Full Version, please contact me via http://www.teudogar.com/email.htm, and give me the name you've ordered under and your city (I couldn't find your name in my database). Also please do contact me in case you don't receive your shipment within the next few days; then I'll immediately ship a second copy. (So far, I've had to ship second copies two times (both times to the U.S.) - i.e., delays of up to 10 days do seem to happen, but fortunately happen very rarely.)
