Nintendo's main franchise games have really declined in quality. The last really fun modern Nintendo game I played was NSMB Wii, and even that was obviously halfassed. Zelda hasn't been good since OoT, and Metroid has become a joke.

I don't really pay attention to everything they publish, though.

Fucking retard. The reason Warcraft (he probably means the second one) has a 10-year "tail" is because it's an extremely well-crafted game. The gameplay is solid and enjoyable and the content sparks your imagination. The reason his games don't have a tail is because

a) they suck

Who gives a shit about The Industry? Maybe this guy should think more about the customer. Because used games are a protection for the customer. If they buy a shitty product at least they can get some of their money back. If you don't want to fill Gamestops with your latest game, maybe you should focus on making a game that people will enjoy playing 10 years later.
