Sniper Build [with new feats]

You can beat sniper if your pistol requires less than 24 AP per attack (min AP cost for Sniper).

Laser pistol has 15 ap base. But I don't know how the high technicalities is calculated together with specialization and bonus from guns.

Laser pistol definitely outdamages snipers as long as you can reliably crit. You can have a crit bonus of over 1000% if you try so your damage gets really really stupid.
At least for now, sounds like Styg is going to murder Critical Power so it's probably going to get a lot weaker soon.

You can also easily get >1000% with the new katana.

Styg is probably gonna buff PSI and nerf everything else.

Yeah, looks like it. I've been a cave wizard fan since the game came out, but this is getting ridiculous.

What cracked me up about this is that the wizard staff on the wiki https://www.underrail.com/wiki/index.php?title=Sørmirbæren_Spirit_Staff reduces PSI costs by a flat 1, while in-game it's by 10%, likely meaning that from the closed BETA he decided to change this to buff psi .

At this point the mechanics are so broken that I'm not sure he knows what he is doing.

I've found the unique one. I wonder what would happen if a tc psi would equip that > loc > psionic mania > mass neural overload and then just force field up.
