If you want to learn ADC - it is best if you play only Ashe. She's the best champion to teach you the basics and some more advanced techniques, unforgiving to mistakes and requires you to outplay, kite and generally be better. If you master her - you can dominate with the more bursty carries.


1 ranked game into Season 3 and I'm sitting on a 100% win rate with a 15.0 KDA. Think I might pull a Darth Roxor M:

Compared to EUNE, what we thought was a deserted EUNE, EUW is a wasteland. Also, for the eurodex to be united something like three EUW people have to move to EUNE, or some 7 EUNE people have to move to EUW (qunsk and jewl not counted as codexers for obvious reasons). You don't have to be a jew to see that this is uneconomical.

 

My acc was created before the server partition. Can't swap for frei.

 

She was the first adc I really used. Problem is I don't agree if you can play with her you can play with anyone. She simply can't win most trades, has no burst and requires a good support to help her a lot. She's good for late game though, I enjoy carrying.

How's your Ashe play? I found her best with a really aggressive carry actually, once she hits lvl 6 Ashe is gg.

FINALLY started playing ranked matches even though I don't have my runes up to snuff quite yet.

I think I had my craziest match ever for my third ranked. I completely shut down TF mid as LeBlanc (not like that's hard.) but the enemy Ezreal got two quadras, went 23 and 3 and yet LOST.

Those points are why she is a great carry to learn on. When you know you can't just Quickdraw in and burst them from 100 to 0, you have to do it the long way. This is where Ashe's lack of burst (her crit/volley is decent, but unreliable) comes in great - you learn to get in all the free auto attacks you can, abuse range and them CSing, poking them down to a level where you can burst them from down to dead.


As for style of play, you gotta be mobile and have to avoid being drawn into trades that you would lose. Be as aggressive as you can get away with being - if your opponent is on 100% health, you're doing it wrong.

It's odd, really. Riot continually seems to be beholden to this strategy. Pump out five bruisers in a row, then five junglers, then five assassins. I have no idea why they don't plan this shit better.

 

Elise is more of a AP bruiser than assassin, but yeah they need to release support or AD Carry soon, because it's getting kinda ridiculous.

 

Clearly Syndra was intended to be the latest support. Goodness knows, she's no AP carry
