I bet I got so many commendations from this game - I did everything, recovered after lvl 2 gank top in which I gave FB and a Lvl 4 teleport by Janna, got solo kills on my laner, roamed bottom and punished their obvious dives, called and timed dragon, took objectives, protected Tristana, diving in to save her ass with a Counterstrike like a big damn hero.

AP KOG LIVES

 

I was rushing BoRK before it was mainstream. And now it is ruined, damn you RIOT!!!

 

Not even a little bit. BoRK was ridiculously OP and I took advantage of that as much as possible. You shouldn't be able to simply laugh at a WW ulting you at level 13. BoRK + BT gave ADCs ridiculous survivability and the ability to duel anyone anywhere. I got my most dominating victories recently and that is partially from an OP item. Hell, Irelia was pretty sick too this past week.

BotRK shouldn't be nerfed, every other item should instead be brought up to its level!

Aw man, this items feels sooooo good. It's changed the meta for ad carries completely. It used to be that a 8k gold bought you absolutely squat against bruisers during mid game, now you can actually use your farm to do something in teamfights. Everything is different with this item, every ADC needs to be analyzed, I'm thinking my Caitlyn will finally be viable.

Nice. I think Kog is next on my list of ADC to pick up. The little larva is just too adorable to resist compared to Miss Porntune who's my second choice ATM.

 

Meh, that ryze and blitz look like morons and their team composition is fairly safe for kog as surprisingly it's not a league of assassins. Even with singed if they had talon, akali etc. you would be rather fucked. Although if you're used to playing ashe or some other adc with no escape you get used to that,

So what is a safe pick against Nasus again because fucking hell I can't remember (despite playing Nasus a lot) and after that fuck up top yesterday it is pretty clear that Vi isn't as good against him as I though. Although that could be because fucking lee sin started blue and camped in top bush for two minutes straight so Nasus got FB. Should have picked Akali I guess, Jayce would probably work. But I am open to suggestions as I memory is a bit foggy on the subject.

 

I'd say that either powerful burst that will make him afraid to Q farm, or strong and constant harass that Nasus can't just ignore and lifesteal back is the way to go. Being able to freeze the lane in an advantageous position is good too as Nasus generally doesn't mind lasthitting under turret, especially once he has some Q farm already.

 

High damage not reliant on auto attacks like Darius, Riven, Renekton, Garen or strong harass like Teemo, Jayce, Elise, Vladimir.

 

Darius is not really a good choice against Nasus, and Riven is probably not that good either for similar reasons. He pushes lane too much with his AoE while harassing, making it easy for Nasus to just farm under the tower and regain health with his passive.

Out of my 10 placement matches I played 8 games with Kog, some as ADC, some as AP mid. I managed to carry my team both against Xin + J4 and Nocturn + Akali (although that game was hard, I think I had 12-8 when we killed their nexus, but I had most damage done anyway), so it's definitely doable.

So if you're not manly enough to pick AD Kog, then try taking him as AP mid - it's surprisingly safe lane. Even against theoretical counters, like Ahri, Kassadin or Diana you can still farm pretty easily and keep them from roaming by applying constant pressure to their turret.

 

Well known = good?
Riven can easily harass under turret and shield away the damage, Darius Q range is far enough that you can hit under turret and not take tower aggro if you step away. You also can grab him away from under the turret. But these lanes are won by getting an early kill, so it's not as easy as this guy says to stack armor if you opponent has the gold lead and builds say a Black Cleaver?

 

When it comes to Nasus, I think Hyfe is about as solid as it gets.

 

Garen is probably always a good pick vs. Nasus, he can completely dominate the lane and isn't a useless rat like Teemo.

 

The problem I have with Garen is that he pushes too much and can't really harass Nasus under the turret without eating wither+a few tower shots.
