Sci-fi RTS SunAge has a new date: May 2007, just under a year after its earlier 2006 date. So what's it all about?

SunAge is a new breed 'oldschool' 2D RTS with revolutionary graphics and supersmooth balanced gameplay, while being playable on a vast range of PC's. The game will include the full set of a singleplayer campaign, skirmish as well as multiplayer battles (LAN & online). SunAge runs on an in-house developed engine for which recently the transfer to DirectX 9 has been made, resulting in better looking environments and vastly improved effects.

No, I don't know what 'new breed oldschool' means either, but you can try to figure it out while gazing at a new batch of screenshots.
