So there is an electronic version of Talisman:

Early access at the moment but it will be released soon. Anyone got it? Worth the $15?

I got it. No online MP (Yet, going to be added) but it seems worth the $15 if you like Talisman and/or rolling dice. Biggest complaint I've got after one game of it is "Timed" cards (Counterspell, etc) can be difficult to do. You've got a narrow window in which to frantically click your card before it moves on.

And a few nice things, it does support random hero selection, and they're apparently going to add all the expansions as DLC (I heard $5 each for card expansions, $7 each for board expansions) and once they're added you'll be able to enable/disable them at will. So if you decide you wanna do vanilla, or just THESE expansions while skipping THOSE expansions, you'll be able to. AI also seems pretty tolerable (And they claim the AI is at "70%" at the moment. Biggest things they've said are early access is no online MP, improving AI, and of course any bugfixes/rule fixes) though of course it isn't as satisfying if it fucks you or you fuck it.

I've been playing the 'Prologue' version graciously given to me by CowBro. If you've played the board game well... I'm guessing it's the same thing. For those who haven't it's pretty fun, albeit a little shallow. Sort of reminds me of the old board game 'Dark Tower.'

Speaking of which: http://hofle.com/darktower/DarkTower.swf

:yeah:

LOSING MY MULE DUE TO MESMERISM HAS TAUGHT ME THE TRUE MEANING OF HATE

Edit: Got to the crown of command with 1 life left after the minstrel had been on it for a good 10+ turns, and completely slaughtered him and won the game. USA! USA! USA!

I got the boardgame when it first came out as a kid in 1983. Did anyone else's group chant "Toad! Toad! Toad!" whenever a player was rolling a die where a 1 would turn him into a little, slimy green toad?

Not sure I need a digital version but might be fun on sale.
