Zat is of course written in German, but reading through it, ME3 might have the best C&C ever in any BioWare game, possible any RPG ever released. Like, Commander Shepard determining the fate of whole civilizations, depending on how prepared you are and how thorough you play the whole game, certain side missions might open or vanish again. There's definitely tons of replay value there.

Despite the crappy demo, this is a must-buy anyway. If not for a great game, at least for some cool Shepard memes.

Hopefully it's anonymous attacking the bioboards, but that attack would be much more effective if it took place on March 6.

 

They're probably just removing all the vile and hateful crap from the boards to ensure a nice, friendly experience for everyone come March 6th. Also DING DONG BANNING all the troll accounts.

 

So, the devs and mods have finally decided to be forever alone on the BSN?

 

It's also possible they finally realized they don't need BSN nolife slaves at all while they got audience like us .

 

But audience like us doesn't buy their games lately - with "lately" being "since BG2" in some cases (and, at the very least since DAO/ME1, from what I've gathered).

 

I think the majority of people who actually buy Bioware games just sits quiet and doesn't spam BSN with the threads about taste of Tali's vagina. So shutting down the forums affects rather small subset of purchasers. Meanwhile Codex comments Bio work with greater efficiency and in a better style.

 

Summary of GameStar's ME3 review

 

It doesn't really matter how many consequences there are if they're all written in the same ham-fisted Bioware way. It's just going to make me LOL WHAZZAT.

In fact, I can probably narrow down those "bigger repercussions" to the following quests:

 

That one sounds intriguing. An orgy on Normandy deck, perhaps?

 

Nah. Why would they save something so plot critical for the end credits?

 

It's probably something hinting to a continuation of the series, like every movie about super heroes does these days.
