    Fuck, while I've been laughing for the last hour or so, BioWare cannot into PR. Anyone with a brian knew that this was going to happen.

    Have the announcement, don't make it open for comments. Acknowledge Hepler made some controversial comments and that she + that other guy made some unprofessional comments that helped spark this entire affair. Maintain full support for both employees (let's be honest, BioWare was always going to back it's own), donate to the charity and ask for BioWare's fanbase to focus on the fact that games are made by lots of people - that one person shouldn't be held accountable for the direction of an entire company. Ask anyone with feedback to express it in the forums, but do so respectfully and with civility.

    Not that hard.

    But of course, we get a stupid move that encourages this:
