Did it ever occur to you that different artists can have different art styles, and thus depict Alyx differently? The point of concept art is to present - get this - concepts that can later be decided upon, combined or otherwise worked with towards a final version. Not everything is going to look exactly the same, and that's the goddamn point!

Also, depending on lighting, the skin tone in someone who's half black can vary dramatically (I'd know because my girlfriend is half Caribbean, half Swedish), so I wouldn't take that as a be-all end-all decider of whether it's Alyx or not. The only big differences I'm seeing is a) she has longer hair in most/all those pictures and b) she has a slighter build - and who gives a shit? It's just concept art for a videogame, if you've ever seen concept art before you'll know it can often vary significantly from anything that shows up in the final release.

It's plausible that is HL3 because they have Alyx (?) with different outfits. Outfits you could get in... oh... say... an online store for microtransactions.

This can be concept art of Alyx only if it was made before HL2 came out. Since this is apparently from 2008 and supposedly art for EP3 - i kinda doubt it. (could be fake completely but then it doesnt matter and it isnt Alyx again)

So many twists. Reminds of Lucas trying to top Vader's revelation of being Luke's father (an idea which obviously didn't come from him) by "revealing" that Leila was actually Luke's sister in the third film, even though that pretty much made every single interaction between the two up to that point creepy as fuck (but he just had to have his fucking twist, see). Retconning shit just to milk every tiny stretch of material at your disposal is already pathetic as it is, when its done in a sequel, but doing it while you are still making an original is a level of fail comparable only to that of Al Pacino winning a Razzie while fucking playing himself in Jack and Jill.

So now Alyx is actually Freeman's niece? So anybody who fantasized about her in HL2 is made to feel like a creep? What a great idea.
