With Risk of Rain 2 out in Early Access, it got me listening to some of Christodoulou's tracks for other games he's composed (it's only really two but damn, they're good).

More excellent Xenoblade musics. This is from the 25hr expansion to Xenoblade CHronicles 2 - Torna, the Golden Country. Ont he whole the soundtrack to TGC has a much more mature, jazzy feel to it than the base game soundtrack. I particularly think this battle theme shows the jazz influences with irregular rythm and some solos. The combat has a more improvisational, unpolished feel in TGC and this theme really adds to the enjoyment of swapping characters on the fly. The system reminds me of the Marvel Vs. Capcom series of games. When you tag in a different character they do a flying attack as the current member takes a supporting role. I'll post a couple other favorite tracks another day.
