Me and Multirectal (+ possibly one guy more) decided to play Titan Quest: Immortal Throne, and are trying to get more bros on board.
Suggestions are also welcome, current setup would be only the unofficial patch 1.17a, we could play with the Underlord mod (which I think would be for the best). Also, there are some hooks to get the game working, we use Tunngle Beta for virtual LAN and that works.
Anyone interested with all the Diablo 3 and Torchlight 2 fever around?

count me in. TQ was mighty boring in single, but could end up fun with a bunch o'bros.

    Oh you...

    6 players.
I'm playing MP of this for the first time, I liked a lot of things about TQ but pacing killed it for me in solo so I never even got past Normal difficulty. Which doesn't sit well with me, as someone who finished Diablo 2 on all three difficulties a lot of times. I'm hoping with bros we can at least get to higher difficulties faster.

Should Vanilla get boring we are definitely gonna switch to that.

Those who are going to join should get in contact with us on skype or steam, so you leave your ID's.

The Underlord mod is apparently evolving into this: http://www.titanquest.net/tq-forum/threads/40582-WIP-Soulvizier-Mod
That explains it a lot more. Anyway we'll start out vanilla and change to that if it is unbearable. It's in beta but I don't think it'll be unstable or anything.

So far, our group consists of Multidirectional, me, a bro of mine and apparently Hoverdog, so 2 slots left.

(be prepared to crack your TQ, i dont know if it is required though, if steam is a bitch about playing with non-steam versions)

[EDIT] Ninja edit about the Soulvizier...

Titan Quest is lame until you use a mod that gives you +x monster spawns. Make sure you guys try that out.

added both of you on szteam.

i think we should use soulvizier from the get-go, no reason for trudging through vanilla boredom really is there?

If enough people want to mod it from the start I'm fine with it. I also like this:
Only reason I wanted to go vanilla first is because I never played it through Normal. But it's not a big deal. I'm not sure if I like the fact that this mod is unfinished though, I hope we don't run into any problems. Like:
Hate reading shit of this kind.

Well it's settled then, we use Soulvizier. And don't worry, TQ Defiler is another program and that was intended towards people who use that. It's kind of a quick-fixer/save game -manipulator, you can do shit like "don't drop any white stuff" or "x4 monsters".
I guess also we can play tonight already if everyone is up for it.

I will always rate TQ above most HnS games, purely because its loot is 100% WYSIWYG.

Spots left? I'd need to grab a cracked copy since all my boxed games are still in storage, but afaik multiplayer should work with that.

Edit: Well fuck it I'm downloading it anyway, that Soulvizier mod looks p. cool.

Apparently yes. A not removed from inventory version works, as we'll be using a third-party lan simulator.

Yes, you should fit in. We (Me, Humpy and Teepo) are about to do a session soon, so find us on steam or drop me your skypename if you don't have steam. We use Tunngle because Hamachi didn't work for us. Can't see hoverdog on steam, are you here bro?

Tossed a friend request (!D), looks like the ancient steam account my brother hijacked still works. I see hoverdog in the Underlord mod Tunngle room - guess we're using that?

Majestic fun  the lags messed thing quite a bit, but other than that, the carnage was beautiful.

Are we going to have a gentleman's agreement not to play solo with those characters? And starting a little earlier could be nice, somewhere around 17:00-19:00 UTC?

Been years since I played, but apart from Occult, the mastery trees seem largely the same? Since the mastery choices can't be changed later, I'm still holding out on the 2nd mastery for Earth, but if the IT rules apply then Spirit or Storm could be good. Or is no one picking Nature? Never used that but afaik it has some decent party-wide buffs that could be crucial later on.

I might choose Nature to complement my Dream build, not sure yet. Am I the only one who thinks mob count in this mod is a bit too much? It seems it will take us eternity to get through Act 1 even. Plus the slowdowns.
