Info here.

Does what it says on the tin. Mod authors and Overhaul list makers for Beth games can use Wabbajack to create an exe that downloads, installs, and configures all the mods in the list, configuring finicky ini stuff and even Dyndolod. It uses Nexus and Mod Organiser to run everything. Seems very promising. Ultimate Skyrim and F4EE have released a wabbajack version. Just download the exe and point it to the game folder. It does it all.

As a mod author, it seems quite easy to configure. Even for senile geriatrics like myself. I even made my own mod list specific to Fallout 4 VR. Turning it into a Space Marine simulator.

Yeah this thing looks like magic to me. But it works.
