It's not far fetched, but it's an assumption. Assuming things and then putting up hundreds of dollars will get you burned.

inXile wasn't going to announce anything before it was finalized but there was basically no time at all between Joby telling me "the group makeup has been finalized" and Fargo saying on Kickstarter that it is 4 PCs and 3 NPCs (though I had to remind him to, it was not a part of the video). This was all before KS closed. And even before then, in interviews like the Ripten one, he was p explicit in saying it's be party-based "like Wasteland 1".

People don't inform themselves well, I get that. But putting up that much money and then not bother to inform yourself? Whoah.

PS: if he keeps reverting other people's edits, he'll get banned himself.

Took me long enough to piss off someone badly enough to get hate posting. I almost thought I was doing something wrong, but now, I have been vindicated :salute:

Oh no, he knows how to use proxies! I am doomt, doomt!
(it's a lot easier to ban these accounts then it is to make and use fake email and IPs. It amuses)

You could suggest leasing some experienced mods from the codex. I'm sure the content of your forums would experience a sharp incline.

Any time now. There's actually four announcements or materials I know about that should hit any time now, but I have the "more or less final copy" of the vision document, so I know it's done.

I...don't know if...the Codex is...exactly the kind of forum we'd want to emulate? :P

Emulating? Come on, you are saying this like we would be sending you Prosper as a mod or something.

Prosper's already there. He applied for a job as one of the Unity coders, I think.

That's not surprising really, he also mailed a request to Obsidian, to MCA directly, for interns for his game.

Last I heard it didn't sound like InXile was hiring Prosper, he seemed a little down.

I find it interesting that it's going down the multiple player characters party route. Keeping an eye on this.

Actually, uh, to correct myself, it's not coming soon, seems like. But some news should break again soon, things have been a bit quiet.

That nutjob managed to edit the article one last time before it was locked. Now his slander is permanently up there! (although the other editors have softened it, a bit)

Uh? If the wikipedia staff saw there was a problem, why didn't they revert the changes before locking the page?

The guy in charge of the page didn't know what the fuck was going on, but Infinitron told him the story of an impulsive man with an empty wallet and a butt full of hurt. It's fixed now.

    edit: ninja'd

It's now time to vandalize the ME3 wikipedia entry and see if the BSN loves Bioware as much as Infinitron loves InXile.

Actually, there are probably lots of people watching Bioware game articles for vandalism since 4chan launched all those anti-Bioware troll raids earlier this year. Not to mention the HoldTheLine ending angst.
