Great news. Too bad that the original box art is almost guaranteed to be replaced.

The guy showing so much leg will be deemed too gay for the dudebro audience that's not going to buy the game anyway.

Never played any of them, are they like bushido blade with branching paths?

Bushido Blade? No (unless on max "instant kill" difficulty), but branching paths yes.

One interesting thing about it being a European release is the English dub will be done in the UK, which would be good given that one of the factions is the British. On the other hand, Rising Star Games has never dubed anything yet going by Wikipeida (though neither did NoE...), but it can't be worse than 2's attempt to imitate a (bad) dub of a samurai film (It's OK once you realize it appears intentional, but before that, it's utterly unbearable, and it's way to subtle, I only realized it once I payed attention to HOW wooden it was)

Meh, I'll set the VA to the glorious nippon master race voice acting anyway. Just need english menus and text. I think it's better if the japanese speak japanese rather than see some old shabby bald japanese bandit talk to me with a posh british accent.

Anyway, I like the Way of the Samurai series. Even liked the 3rd one too. I'll most likely like this one a lot too. I'm glad it's getting released here in the west. This is one of those japanese games that should get more attention than it does, kind of like the Yakuza series.

Posh British Samurais can only :incline: the game.

Good news, indeed, I rather enjoyed the first 2 games. Never played the 3rd, might as well wait for the 4th instead.

^^ Actually, if it is dual audio, I'd love to see an option for characters to speak their native language, given you need to do a quest to understand the foreigners (Meaning yes, they are speaking a separate language in game)

    Ending 22 :smug:

Haven't played 3 yet actually. Just got a PS3 2 months ago and occupied with DS and Valkyria Chronicles, plus some other games. Close to finishing them though.

For 2 I really liked Kasumi's path. Sayo (ending 1) was nice because of how down to Earth it was beyond the soloing the Aoto gang AND police, nice break from the epic.

For 1, I haven't played it because my PS2 hates blue people discs.

Got to wonder if the ability to seduce the young British girl will still be in the English version.
