    There are no NPCs that I have a particular desire to see again. There could perhaps, depending of the location and timeline of the new game, be references to events, locations and characters in the past games though.

    Whatever npcs they have, they are about guaranteed to suck.

    "Your diplomacy skill has failed to get marcus to join you"

    That's assuming they let anyone join you, kinda stupid since it is FPS.

    Well, they already bought the name anyway. I'd rather see them "borrow" from the original design. ;)

    That said, I am more interested in references to the Brotherhood, NCR and a return of the good old weapon and armor designs. It'd be horrible if they went and invented their own set like POS did. Riot armor my ass.
