What ROMS can run Dark Spire?

    DSmuE doesn't work. Neon DS only works partially. Anyone here managed to run this puppy on a rom?

    DeSmuMe 0.9.2 seems to run it just fine. I didn't got out of the training grounds, though.

    @Larping Dude and FeeltheRads: It works insitially then gives me the "Error accessing data" bug. I think it has something to do with save slots...

    NeonDS worked it also but it freezes up when I get into the training grounds for some reason.

    I did. Still doesn't work. I also fiddled in the GBA slots (also tried it without fiddling) but it gives me the same "error accessing data' error.

    Maybe you have a corrupted rom or something. DeSmuMe runs it without changing anything in the settings.

    Hmm, you were right. It worked. The ROM I had was 9.54 mb (and had no sound) The one I got now which works with DSEMU was 32MB. Obviously someone somewhere fucked up. Idiots.

    Anyhow, lets hope this one doesn't freeze up when I do the training session.

    Thanks again to all. Mods, plz sticky this to help other Dark Spire fans.

    I used no$gba 2.6 + no$zoomer 2.3.02 and didn't experience any trouble. it's also the only combination i could find that will run Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword. desmume will run dark spire, but with problems, such as missing background textures and occasional bright green/pink screens instead of backgrounds, and flickering lines in classic mode.

    also, in the title it should be emulators, not ROMs...

    Yeah classic mode it only shows the interface and not the game view itself. But thats ok, I only want to play in normal mode anyway.
