which country got large share of rpgs made, terrible access to health care, very low number of tests performed and got more deaths than recoveries(this point is tied to previous one though)?

For sure CB2077 will suffer. The same for Pathfinder and BG3. Probably everything from Bethesda and Ubisoft as well.

Actually, everything will be impacted, if its not in final stage of production.
