They don't actually need to be good. That was just to catch your attention. Just "interesting to play".
Oh, the "CRPGs games" part was bait, too.

I don't mean abandonware like Drakkhen or Obitus. Although you're welcome to add everything you like to the list, of course! I mean titles like these (Some might not be pure RPGs):

Now it would be interesting to know which ones in op are actually good. There's both Knights of the Chalice and Pool of Radiance... So quality-wise it couldn't diverge more.

    e. Going to add some description because SausageInYourFace asked for it.
    - Co-designed by Julian Gollop.
    -RTwP tactics
-Very light RPG elements (Your wizard gets xp that can be used to upgrade him between missions. Summoned creatures gather xp during missions, but don't follow you from one mission to another.
    -Destructible environments.
-Some missions are AI ally babysitting from deepest hell.
    -Good soundtrack.

Reminds me of another one that belongs more in the 'interesting' category than in the 'good' one:

It will be never released because it's such a mess in the code it hurt. Sometimes it work on new OS, sometimes it doesn't on older ones.

The Fall - Last days of Gaia
there is Reloaded version released (v1.10) that's totally playable but only in german kaliphate dialect (there is translation on NMA but not sure if it's still there).

This remind me why I stopped liking GOG - no chance for AA/middle tier tier titles. Either indie or old overrated classics.

    Demise
    [IMG]
    it's on GamesGate though

    Cold Zero Last Stand/No Mercy
    [IMG]

Gorasul - Legacy of the Dragon

Not quite a cRPG, but a great aRPG - Nox (is on GoG):

    Silver (on GoG afair):

ToEE (is on GoG; though there is hope for that one, since Arcanum just made it to Steam):

    ---

Brofisted the Myth post. Replayed Myth2 a couple of years ago, and the game looked as good and played as well as anything I've played since. What a game that was. Wish they'd re-release it on Steam and then revive the franchise with a Myth4.
    ---
Crap, just saw that the topic says Steam OR GoG... The ones I listed are missing from Steam only I think.

The Fall was such a good effort I played it a couple years ago and it was a good fun experience
Games I would definetly love to see on GOG would be The Summoning, Veil of Darkness

Fists for making a good thread.

Most of these are (probably German) games I had played demos of when I was young and wasn't able to buy games of my own and my dad subscribed to the German PC Games mag:
    Beasts and Bumpkins:
(probably quite bad, but still "interesting"... I remember being about 9 (?) and thinking it was one of the best games I'd played because of the farting sound effects)

    Diggles:
(a German Dungeon Keeper-like with gnomes)

Hmm, I thought I had more but it seems Invictus is already on gog and Rage of Mages was another one...

Also currently available for free on Origin. Course it would require you to install Origin.

I did that a couple of years ago because I really wanted to play Battlefield 3.
    Never again.
Wish they'd put ME3 and Nox on Steam tho :(.

Beasts and Bumpkins is a really fun game, but not an RPG.

Surprised Siege of Avalon was mentioned before Prince of Qin, it was one of the few diablo-likes, besides SoA and Divine Divinity, to really elevate the genre.

Armies of Exigo is p. fun, but it's more of a Warcraft 3 clone than a crpg.
It's a better WC3 than WC3, actually. It has multilayered maps, kind of like that DND game Dragonshard. I remember it as a very fun and beautiful game.

Speaking of Wacraft clones there's Rival Realms, which is more like a Warcraft 2.5 type of game. Every unit had levels, stats and even an inventory. However I wouldn't say it was any good... It had some really confusing difficulty spikes, especially when you weren't allowed to have a base. I still played it a lot back then.
