Torment Torment: Tides of Numenera Beta Thread [GAME RELEASED, GO TO NEW THREAD]

Yep, I'm an idiot. I meant LGS, not Black Isle. I'll blame it on my annoyance at god-forsaken Skype issues for multiple people causing the interview to start a half hour late, but that pathetic attempt at responsibility-shifting is no excuse for my brain fart. Sorry. :p --Arv

Torment Torment: Tides of Numenera Beta Thread [GAME RELEASED, GO TO NEW THREAD]

Yep--we made the decision to get new people, since Colin had already done the last one, so we wanted to get Shanna, Monte, and Pat on to focus more on worldbuilding and working within a video game medium. At least that's the theory. :) --Arv

Interview Arvan Eleron Interview: Colin McComb and George Ziets talk Torment

No--we decided that since Colin had already been on, we wanted to get other people from the crew a chance to weigh in. This is going to be more about worldbuilding and translating an imagined world to a game medium, at least in theory. --Arv

Just a friendly bump to remind everyone that my chat with Shanna Germain, Monte Cook, and Patrick Rothfuss regarding Torment: TON is happening tonight at 8:30 p.m. EST on my Twitch channel. Please stop by if you're interested! --Arv http://www.twitch.tv/arvaneleron

Interview Arvan Eleron Interview: Nathan Long on writing Wasteland 2

Appreciate the kind words, guys, and yeah...it was interesting for me, as someone who hadn't played Wasteland 2 before the last month or so, hearing details about stuff which others had been wondering about for a while. I knew Mike had left the project for his own reasons, but didn't know about...

Interview Arvan Eleron Interview: Colin McComb and George Ziets talk Torment

Updating this: it looks like the interview with the Torment folks (Colin again, Patrick Rothfuss, and Monte Cook) should be happening on my channel a week from tomorrow, March 10th, at 8 p.m. EST (still a bit fuzzy on time, but I believe that should be right). Also, I don't know how to contact...

Interview Arvan Eleron Interview: Colin McComb and George Ziets talk Torment

Yeah, I only got final confirmation about this on the Tuesday before the appearance, or I would definitely have let you know. As always, thanks for the kind words! George and Colin were awesome, and despite the performance stuff the game looks tremendous...feels exactly like a "Torment game"...
