:decline: too since it led us to anime, jrpg-s and the associated conventions

regarding the "diversity and inclusion screening" out of a japanese word from a game, it's fitting since today is the anniversary of when the americans "diversity and inclusion screened" a lot of japanese civilians out of existence. Some things never change.

For monks, a cheap way out is just going to undead heavy areas, like kryta, cathedral of flames, etc. eles

    Guild Wars 1

I've been thinking a couple times, since it's a rather bad idea to waste time tearing up old wounds left by gw2's betrayal of everything that was gw1, that an old idea I had in mind, to run various content with groups that: Only use a single profession, and builds with only skills from that...

Now that I think of it more, GW2 as is isn't just a fanfiction of gw1, its a fanfiction of gw2 as of release, which is a fanfiction of eotn/gwbeyond, which is a fanfiction of gw1 trilogy. Its so diluted and derived that its almost unrecognizable.

Funny, the dredge were meant as a mostly joke group at first, with all their names being puns, and led by Mole Lenin (literally: Molenin), with their other leader being Gorbachev. (Molachev), so I suppose they went with the classic liberal cartoony portrayal of russians for this one with more...

"Evil can not create. It can only corrupt and ruin" is such a fitting description for the Anet that made GW2

It's a bad fanfiction tier "continuation" of the guild wars story, with none of GW's strong points, and only the weakest lipservice paid to OG GW1's "world". I'd say even EoTN was a bad fanfiction tier addition, and it went downhill from there: It retconned the charr, retconned the ascalonians...

Incline The Lord of the Rings Online - Corsairs of Umbar expansion out now

This is very cool. Does anyone know where one can DL the server emulator package? I've played a whole lot in Ered Luin (the dwarf music always caught me, it also made the rest of the areas feel less interesting), just new characters running the story, but not much further.

    Guild Wars 1

Thematically, I agree, its between a warrior and a monk. The base 70 AR and the enchantment focus with a good amount of holy damage says so. Scythes are still a problem though, at least as of all their implementations: Originally they were good on almost any martial class BUT the dervish which...

Not to be too much of a boomer but scythes dont belong to the monk, or into the game at all, and maybe not even daggers. i mean, Black's fun post aside when have daggers ever been in a good spot? They had 1-2 strong chains and the rest were impractical or rubbish. Scythes were just aoe focused...

well, it's "hard" (i.e. build-check) mode, naturally OP builds are preferred there.

Subnautica: Released (SPOILER WARNING past Post #1)

Funny, Silent Hunter is something I think my father would appreciate a lot, playing submarines in World of Warships already. Sub Culture looks like a weird arcade game which it might be, but could do with either a first person mode or something that controls more like Subnautica's cyclops. I do...

    No Man's Sky

funny how much of it you can leave behind once you graduate to a few space station terminals and the medium refiner: you buy oxygen for cheap, you convert some of it to have enough sodium, and you need a lot less sodium since you are in a base where your hazard protection recharges on its own...
