Might be I'm way out of the loop, but... The trump bottons, were they swiped from somewhere? This site as you can see has some suspiciously similar icons (look at the bottom of the article). Did we swipe it from them or vice versa?

People News Chris Avellone grows a pair and fights back against being cancelled

From what I hear, getting a generalist lawyer is mostly bad, rookie mistake. You want a dude who is autistic about that specific field you need him in. And this guy looks too young to have had many court cases, to boot. Gettin bad feelings about this tbh

Eternity Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire + DLC Thread - now with turn-based combat!

Anyways. I finished the game some time ago, and I gotta say the story becomes offensively stupid at the end. The god you chase reveals his plot at the end, and it's nonsensical in every way. You also can't really do anything to alter the outcome, except ask him kindly to do things differently...

Eternity Avowed - Obsidian's first person action-RPG in the Pillars of Eternity setting - coming Fall 2024

Well, tbh I don't know if they were fired or quit. But results speak for themselves. PoE2 had extremely crap story, in spite of being the type of game where we should've been able to expect a good story. They let Carrie Patel be head writer or something, ffs.

Eternity Avowed - Obsidian's first person action-RPG in the Pillars of Eternity setting - coming Fall 2024

Regarding marketing: After Obsidian was aquired by Microsoft, they released Outer Worlds. Which sucked massively. But it sold well, and reviewed well. So it seems Microsoft does do the marketing for Obsidian. However, Obsidian seems to use this breathing space to lower their ambitions, for...
