The good things about Fallout 4

FYI, that mutant companion doesn't have a problem with you "stealing". He even says something about "Strong likes you just taking what you want" whenever you steal.

The good things about Fallout 4

He dislikes you picking locks and stealing because he doesn't like you "tinkling" with things. Petty lockpicking/stealing is not MANLY enough for him.

    Impressions after finishing F4

Spot on. It's a better FarCry/Borderlands with better art direction, better writing (derpy if compared to F1/2 and NV but better than Farcry boredlands), better enemy variety, more interesting weapons, better balance, and it has proper power armor and mini-gun. Worth $5 maybe 10 for what it is...

Can you recommend me a game based on some criteria?

Dead Space (1 not 2 or 3) Lost Planet 3 (not 1 or 2) These games have stories on par with the best genre sci-fi films (think Pitch Black, Event Horizon, The Abyss, etc.)

    Warframe

This game's "grind" is better than every other game's grind. The shooting and melee are very engaging. The gameplay is almost "sandboxy" as you can try doing different interesting things to spice things up. Example: now that they have this new parkour system, you can literally complete a whole...

    Warframe

I have an OBSCENE amount of time sunken into this game (Steam says 5260 hours but Steam is bugged because the game's launcher runs in the background even when I stop playing, and Steam counts the launcher's running time... but I digress). I have pretty much everything in the game. Those stuff...

Quantum Break - now available on Steam

Brian Singer likes them served in pairs.

    Guys, need advice here...

Make sure you play the sequel Assault on Athena as well if you like the first Riddick game. The sequel has some flaws but it has some very fun ideas.

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl Mod Thread

Yeah I remember getting really excited when they showed Limansk in the trailers (with comparisons to the real scenes they used for reference). And then I reached Limansk in game and found it's a linear corridor restricted by radiation everywhere....So much wasted potential.

Vapourware Gearbox seeks dev collaboration for next Duke Nukem game

Somehow I don't believe him, given his track record of lying.

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl Mod Thread

Red forest is outdoor so the atmosphere heavily depends on time of day, weather and random spawns. There is a sidequest in Red Forest to retrieve a tank machinegun which causes the player to become overweight when picking it up, while fifty snorks attack the player. It was annoying and hilarious...

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl Mod Thread

So you probably didn't go far enough into the game to reach Red Forest? It's a highlight of the whole series.

Why did Advent Rising failed to impress?

I have this game's music CD which I love, and I even got a signature from its composer after the video game symphony concert played in my city. But I have no intention to play this game because: 1. it looks like a Halo clone, from its graphics, color scheme, alien and ship design, to its...

Fallout 4 Pre-Release Discussion [GAME RELEASED, GO TO NEW THREAD]

Firing the minigun in a power armor looks alright. Gun handling looks on par with other FPS. Looks like Far Cry 3 with better scenery, better weapons, and the ability to skip retard dialogue and cutscenes.

Fallout 4 Pre-Release Discussion [GAME RELEASED, GO TO NEW THREAD]

Fallout the original is a homage to the post-apocalypse novels of the 50's, such as A Canticle for Leibowitz. "The nuclear wasteland" was as scientific accurate as Star Wars' pewpew laser. But it doesn't matter. which is exactly shown in Fallout 2 and NV, revival of new types of civilization...
