Dwarf Fortress now on Steam with a graphical overhaul

I never really gave a shit about adventure mode, but apparently that beta released yesterday has been stripped from any fun activities from original version. No cabin building, butchering, trading, etc. PPL on steam forums are surprised that game is empty and there's nothing you can do except...

Mystic Land: The Search for Maphaldo - Old school RPG inspired by W7 and EoB

SirBlabsAlot A friendly advice - you should drop 'early pre-alpha' notification from your videos and screenshots. Early pre-alpha for most of the modern games means a tech demo phase or an interactive mock-up. It's basically a red light for a number of potential customers, as most of the games...

Archmage Rises - the play-how-you-want mage simulator - now available on Early Access

I think he meant that this new party acquiring his current entity will invest $1m into the game. If the team is approx 15-25 ppl working full time is not a big sum for a 10 months of work. Personally I would not invest a single dollar in it, but some people are just rich and stupid.

Mystic Land: The Search for Maphaldo - Old school RPG inspired by W7 and EoB

This is nice. However I miss a bit the other approach to towns/hubs - a scene with some objects or buildings to interact, like in Wizards and Warriors or Demise:Rise of Ku'tan. It requires a bit more art of good quality, but gave a comfy feeling of being safe.

Development Info The Darkness Below Lightens Up to Early Access on Steam

Mystic Land is the second, I guess. What's the third? The Quest 2? Monomyth? I guess they are real time so fuck that for me. Was there any decent non-anime party turn based blobber since Grimorie?

The Last Spell - city defense tactical RPG with roguelite mechanics - Dwarves of Runenberg DLC coming April 24th

It must be an issue with 3rd map, at least on my rig. I've started again and have stable 60. I saw that some ppl also had that issue.

Management / Sim Norland - a medieval noble family sim now in playtesting on Steam

Games like this are always in EA first. Still, an interesting idea, will check this in 2027 for 1.0 release

The Last Spell - city defense tactical RPG with roguelite mechanics - Dwarves of Runenberg DLC coming April 24th

Bought it on sale, nice engaging game, terribly optimised. On third map it is struggling to achieve stable 30 FPS on 4070. And it looks slightly better than gameboy color games. Driads fucked me up, there was just too many of them.

Dune: Spice Wars - 4X/RTS from Wartales developers

It has some charm, but without nostalgia glasses on, it looks like crap nowadays.
