    Good point, I'll ponder it. Woops, does indeed look like you got yourself stuck for now. I'll add an extra piece of rubble so others can't make the same mistake. There are ways to progress without getting the hammer because and the hammer itself is technically optional.

    You guys make good points. I could also use extra time to fix up some bugs (the final boss in particular has been a buggy pain), so I'm delaying it til January 16. I'll be sending a copy to Splattercat, haven't looked much into Mortismal. Looks like they only do 3D games?

    It's a narrow window, but I'm still shooting for 2023! I'm not above delaying if I end up needing to. It might be an early December release. I'll at least have the advantage of not competing with any big names for attention. I suspect the drawbacks of December releases matter more to big games...

    Currently considering a city map that lets you go directly to various battlefields (FFT-style) or to larger interconnected dungeon zones. Haven't quite decided yet.     Thanks! I'd say the main influences are: Final Fantasy Tactics, Uncharted Waters: New Horizons, Ultima VII, Morrowind, Zelda. So about half JRPG, half WRPG. You should be able to find it if you look at all the ports' tooltips and go to any with a 'trainer' icon that doesn't have a checkmark...
