Why is Fallout New Vegas considered good?

I think its as good as you can get in a nonlinear open world cRPG with multiple joinable factions and possible endings. Its much easier to tell interesting story in linear games like Planescape: Torment or Deus Ex.

Starfield - Epic Shit Takes from Bethestards

It was on a big sale about month ago, and since all Bethestards got it at launch, those are reviews from normal people not skewed by copium and fanboyism, hence the result.

    Fallout 3 vs Fallout 4

Really stupid things like Annah ghost, talking plant, chess radscorpion etc are such tiny and inconsequential parts of Fallout 2. Judging a whole game by them is a shallow and disingenuous take. Obviously, game lacked a good director like Sawyer was for New Vegas, who would cut silly crap and...

    Fallout 3 vs Fallout 4

"Writing is mostly just dumb rather than terrible" - what does that even mean, what is the difference ? Protagonist asking every npc if they seen his dad, a middle aged man, was it more dumb or terrible ? Tenpennys motivation for nuking entire fucking town because it was spoiling view from his...

Dragon Age Dragon Age: Dreadwolf - full reveal in Summer 2024, Solas fangirls rejoice

Ackchyually... What happens with Iron Bull depends on his personal quest: if you convince him to sacrifice his mercenary band to save qunari dreadnought then he will remain loyal to the Qun, otherwise he'll became Tal Vashok or whatever Qun renegades are called. Your personal standing with him...

Dragon Age Dragon Age: Dreadwolf - full reveal in Summer 2024, Solas fangirls rejoice

Inquisition ruined every remaining interesting part of Dragon Age lore that could make biodrones uncomfortable and push them even a little out of their safe space. Tranquility - no problem, some spirit in the Fade can touch a mind of a Tranquil and its cured, simple as that. Seekers knew it all...

Dragon Age Dragon Age: Dreadwolf - full reveal in Summer 2024, Solas fangirls rejoice

I believe it was heavily implied that Anders was more than a friend with a guy you had to rescue from templars on his first mission. In Awakening he was 100% hetero, talking how he loves woman and flirting with an elf lady companion.

Why is Fallout New Vegas considered good?

Obsidian had little control over FPS part of the game since it runs on gamebryo engine, however adding iron sights alone made it much better than Fallout 3. They had much more control over RPG part and improvements here are significant: nerfed VATS, perks every two levels, revamped armor systems...

Baldur's Gate Baldur's Gate 3 Early Access Thread [GAME RELEASED, GO TO NEW THREAD]

Look how crumpled pages of that artbook are. Either they spilled water on it and tried to dry it with a hair dryer or it's printed on extremely low quality paper. Honestly all of it looks more like a bunch of random used garbage on some garage sale than a cohesive collector's edition for a video...

    Fallout Fallout 4 Thread

Dont know about him, but mine got to be Kid in the Fridge - example of masterful writing, design and respect of lore on Bethesda part.

Fallout Is Fallout: New Vegas a worthy Fallout game?

In Fallout 2 there is a "Wanted" poster in NCR. Normally if you inspect it, it says that face on a poster looks familiar, but with very bad karma it says that you're wanted for being a rat bastard, 5000 alive, 10000 dead. Bounty hunters are sent after you, some of the toughest combat encounters...

I recommend playing H4 OC campaigns, especially "Half-Dead". It has great story and missions are well designed and challenging. Best campaign experience I had in Heroes series.

Site looks bad enough to push away people

That tiny blurry font on gray background feels like its designed to destroy eyesight. You cant get used to that, basic html site would be better. It takes amazing skill to get things done so wrong on so many levels, so gratz on that I guess.

Deus Ex Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Adam Jensen is how a twelve year old boy would imagine how cool, tough grown up man should look, sound and behave. Super serious, Batman voice, metal arms, punches hookers in the face with full force. Typical head of security for a big corporation. Nothing especially amazing about Denton, but...
