    Thought this was interesting: From the Book 2 Q&A: Upfront and honest as to what they're doing, with some possibility of C&C PS: Book 2 is looking mighty pretty.

    Playing the demo - it also runs unusually slowly for me (have dual core laptop with 1gb ram: IOW - game shouldn't be taxing it) I dunno about the Geneforge series anymore and what I've played of the demo doesn't really inform me. How is G5 different from G1-4?

  3. Frontier/FFE appreciation thread

    Frontier and FFE were great games. I still remember the first time I landed manually on a planet and set up a mining rig in Frontier. (Ah...Amiga games...how I loved you) But I can't help but wish that the planets and universe weren't so bland. After a while it's just more of the same more...

    ^^^ I think the freeware / fan remake of pirates (amazingly called...pirates 2) had most of that going on.
