  1. That Ultima V Remake

As someone mentioned, Lazarus is one of the best RPGs of the last five years (if that's a feat or not is open to debate). It does require extensive note-taking, but, at least in my book, that's a big plus; no "YOU GOT A NEW QUEST: WALK FIVE STEPS FORWARD! GOOD BOY! UR A WINNER!!!" I do...
  2. Preview Yippee ki-yay motherfuckers: Dragon Age is like Die Hard

Edit: meh. The gambit system in FF12 worked pretty well in the worst combat system in the series.
  3. Drakensang is too complicated says GameSpot

Isn't it obvious DireRoach is having a laugh?
  4. Overclocked: PoS or not?

It's linear and the puzzles, if you can call them that, are easy as fuck. The story and the atmosphere were what kept me playing. I think it was the main characters personal story rather than the main one that intrigued me, which isn't exactly the norm when it comes to video games.
  5. Hilarious E:TW boxes

Where the hell's the Swedish übermench version? Meantime:
  6. Review Edward R Murrow's Dissertation on Fallout 3

Railroad Rifle... no more? This never really turned into to the drama I had hoped for. I have to applaud DU, though, on his insistence using "flip-flop" and the stinging jabs that were we here at RPGCodex. Sadly, VD never took the bait. A little "Yeah, I know of RPGCodex; I used to run it...
  7. On Locales, Characters and Imershun

Didn't see Ultima Lazarus mentioned. It's one of the absolute best games when it comes to "living world".
  8. King's Bounty is out - 90% review from Gamespy

...or you buy extra of the troupes you use the most and leave them in the nearest garrison. No need to travel across the world then.
  9. Review Molyfaux has a bit of a cry over Fable 2 reviews

This is just so wrong. Learn how to take advantage of your various moves = your effectiveness in combat gets worse = harder game = BRILLIANT!
  10. Recommend some different adventure games

Like you, I enjoyed Scratches (the atmosphere) and found GF less fun. I've played a number of adventure games lately: Broken Sword 1: Good and made with a lot of love. A bit to childish, though. Broken Sword 2: Broken Sword 1, but mediocre. Overclocked: This one I liked. Constant rain...
  11. Anybody here tried out Outcry?

I've put six or so hours into the game. It might be my extremely high IQ or my strikingly good looks, or both, but I don't know what the fuck he's talking about. SPOILARS: Starting area. You start in your missing brothers apartment. There's no pop-up telling you that your goal is to find...
  12. Preview Gina wants to wrap her arms around a man, not a robot

Can't wait for this game. Shooting lasers from my eyes? Fuck yeah. And Gina can go to hell. I'm not playing a love simulator, I just wanna kill kill kill.
  13. Development Info More Diablo III info

Don't like it, don't use it. And your tone lacks respec. Please edit. And try to be more civilized next time.
