Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

Sounds like a job for item codes. Speaking of pantaloons I'm gonna be replaying BG2 with mods, but has 2.0 fucked up everything beyond repair? Or is BWP still functioning?

Baldur's Gate Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear - Gameplay and Mechanics Thread (NO political crap!)

Had the same issue but I was able to work around it using this console command: C:CreateCreature ("khalid7"). Note that you must spawn him outside on the ramparts, not inside the keep itself, otherwise it won't count. Also if you have a save previous to when he exploded, you can cast Negative...

SoD companions make PoE's look like art.

Honestly I think SoD set the bar so low that even Bioware Romances seem better. And that frightens me. :decline:

Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

Honestly looking back at PoE, the companions overall were pretty aight. Some didn't have their narratives super fleshed out (Pallvagina and Hiravias) but overall I was happy with em, though some of their voice acting kinda sat with me the wrong way. SoD on the other hand has really cringey...

Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

I agree almost completely with this, save for the writing. Overall it's meh, teetering between "good" and "god awful" But it's manageable and doesn't hinder anything whatsoever. Also lots of exploration too, but sadly its linearity makes a second playthrough definitely seem less attractive. If...

Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

Ya know it's weird, the writing in this game ranges from average to complete dog shit and yet the exploration/dungeons are pretty fun. Encounter design could definitely be better with the exception of a few good fights, noticeably in Chapter 9. But then you get stuff like this and wonder what...

Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

A bit of an extreme outlook for video games, no? Regardless I'd hate to see Beamdog do anything to PST. On the subject of BG3, I'm hoping that if they do actually make it that they decide to start fresh, new characters, setting, plot, everything. I'd hate to see another Bhaalspawn entry...

Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

On this note, you really can tell where Amber Scott wanted to make a point about race equality in a universe that, by all accounts, is built around every race being different in some capacity. One glaring offender is at the start of Chapter 9, where you find a small group of Half-Orcs that wanna...

Baldur's Gate #BaldurGate: Siege of Dragonspear

Played it for 2 hours and already bracing for mediocre. The amount of sarcastic/snarky responses that CHARNAME can give is concerning, I mean seriously I'm seeing one in every 2 conversations I'm having it's ridiculous. Also whoever said that Minsc references Boo more than usual, you were so...

    Review RPG Codex Review: Undertale

It's an enjoyable game, but definitely not the second coming of jesus. Worth it for the OST alone if anything, it's really, really well done.

Game News Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear featured in Dragon Magazine, coming early 2016

As pointless as SCL sure, but the fact it's on the IE already means it'll play better. ;) Still wish they used an updated engine, or showed off anything to make me feel like it'll be a worthy purchase, but considering their tiny budget I doubt it.

    Fallout Fallout 4 Thread

I can't think of a worse limitation than using that awful engine. They also apparently had a 10K word limit on the four DLC's, for some reason.
