  1. Modern Warfare 2 - DLC soon to be bought already in the game

Say what you want about Britany Spears but but at least she's not Activision.
  2. Games in Creative Settings!

Aw yes. Alpha Centauri is awesome. I really liked Space Empires V too though it was horrible complicated to get into, and I guess the setting was somewhat generic given that you could basically create it yourself.
  3. Game News Cute Knight Kingdom - More Cooking, Less Incest

OMG I HATE ALL THINGS CUTE BECAUSE I AM A MAN!
  4. Games in Creative Settings!

Hey, since Armed and Dangerous was mentioned, what about it's spiritual predecessor Giants: Citizen Kabuto. Also, if you've never played a JRPG before then they'd probably seem fairly creative. The Legacy of Kain series is a pretty cool dark fantasy setting. No elves or dwarves...
  5. I'm very butthurt about Modern Gayfare 2

Well here's something most of you will find far too reasonable for your liking. http://www.destructoid.com/rev-rant-modern-warfare-2-154784.phtml
  6. Game News Dragon Age DLC == A cool $1 million

Probably because they have an NPC advertising it in the game. Ah hell who am I kidding, most people here are probably just jumping blindly on the bandwagon and don't even have any actual reasoning or evidence to support their stance.
  7. Editorial Obsidian's JE Sawyer talks about fine tuning

Oh, I got one! Volourn hasn't learned anything since grade school! You don't seem to understand Volourn very well. If it stopped insulting everything it would be a fairly unremarkable sometimes reasonable poster and no one would really bother about it much.
  8. Game News Dragon Age DLC == A cool $1 million

Why on earth would anyone echo Volourn? That's like echoing someone taking a shit. Anyway, I wasn't advocating piracy. I was saying that most people don't do exactly what Volourn was saying they should. They just mindlessly buy.
  9. Games in Creative Settings!

Also Beyond Good and Evil if you can stand cuteness. It's somewhat cute.
  10. Game News Dragon Age DLC == A cool $1 million

No... you just didn't understand what I was saying. People are conditioned to mindlessly give their money away to corporations without thinking, to practically worship them like they can do no wrong and defend their right to charge more and more for less and less fanatically. These people...
  11. I'm very butthurt about Modern Gayfare 2

    That guy's a great actor! .... I hope...
  12. Editorial Baldur’s Gate defined a generation

So what you're saying then is that they should all just be pure hack and slash?
  13. Editorial Baldur’s Gate defined a generation

What the hell are you calling a LARP-ing simulator? A LARP-ing simulator would be a program that simulates dressing up in a costume, ggetting together with friends, then physically acting out the action while you play a RPG. I've never seen a game like this, and it seems like it would defeat...
  14. Company News Bethesda caught out in lies over Interplay case

Er... that's the one I was talking about... but now that you mention it... Oh well... whatever. I still would rather Beth get hurt than Interplay get shut down. Competition is good for consumers, and good for the market in the long run. The problem is people don't give a shit about the long...
