  1. Bioware cliche chart and their response

The same kind of person who enjoys their games and didn't do it for the sake of criticizing them.
  2. Interview Leonard Boyarsky Interview at Hellgate Guru

Well it is an action game. Having to stop and read something for about 3 minutes kind of hurts the pace, wouldn't you agree? You can always go through the log book and actually *read* it later if you prefer, or you can listen to it on the fly.
  3. THE DEBATE OF THE MILLENIA CONTINUES

I really don't know if it's fair to call it 'crap' based on the early areas of the game, which will supposedly be plunged into darkness and ruin after some events take place. I personally feel that a little diversity in the way the game looks can really be an important contrast to the darkness...
  4. THE DEBATE OF THE MILLENIA CONTINUES

Stopped doing it since late '07.
  5. Another list! Top 10 Monster Comebacks in Diablo 3

Some dude (e.g. not me) wrote his list of the top 10 monsters that should make a come back in Diablo 3. I'd put the Undead Stygian Doll as #1 on my list because of how many times it caused my Paladins and Barbarians to die. http://hellforge.gameriot.com/blogs/Ran ... mebacks-1/
  6. Diablo Clones survey at Hellforge

Mythos is pretty much dead, but the people responsible for it (and not Hellgate) have formed up a new studio called Runic Games. They're going to make a new Diablo-like, but there's nothing about it yet. Thanks for posting the article, by the way.
  7. Top 5 Best Diablo Clones

Yeah, that was a beef I had with it. With Sacred, you've got custom death animations, ragdoll effects (monsters can go flying), and even dismemberment. So there's a lot of variety. I'd be happy if Sacred 2 or some other game without the resources of Blizzard decide to use Natural Motion's...
  8. Top 5 Best Diablo Clones

Nope. It's not a very good Diablo-like game.
  9. Top 5 Best Diablo Clones

I had a lot of fun in DSII multiplayer, over LAN at least. Their version of battle.net was a laggy mess. Sacred's definitely the best Diablo clone. With the Gold patch and Underworld, it's pretty solid.
  10. Top 5 Best Diablo Clones

I'd say DS 1 is absolutely terrible. DS2's actually pretty damn good. I tried Depths of Peril, but I kind of hated it.
  11. Top 5 Best Diablo Clones

Evening gents, I wrote up a little piece. Goes something like: "As everyone awaits more Diablo III goodness to trickle down Blizzard's milky teat, there are more than a few games out there to provide us our Diablo "fix". A legion of Diablo "clones" that are simply waiting to be played...
  12. Review The Witcher sucks

    Butthurt over what?
  13. Review The Witcher sucks

    It's pretty awesome.
  14. Review Visceris strikes again: one review for all 3 NWN games!

Yep. Every single page is full of hideously long posts. It's very TLDR.
