    Huh? You can play your old savegames by reverting to the previous patch in Steam. Unless there's a bug that literally deletes your old savegames, you should be able to play them just like you did before RoI was released.

    Whoa whoa whoa -- very little risk? Paradox is dropping a fat wad of cash down on this deal. They are taking a big risk and they need a payoff. Even the Paradox CEO says as much -- they are losing a lot of money on this in the short term.
