So it rewards you for failure and punishes you for success. That's because you were playing a glass cannon and taking on the exact enemies that exist to counter tanks with damage that completely bypasses armor.

The fact that it invalidates leveling, for one. Seems like you want to just play a tactics game where strategic choices are not present, irrelevant or have to be made perfectly to give you even a tiniest chance of succeeding in the tactical layer.

Just the unique guns themselves. With the new refurbishment mechanic unique ARs are incredibly good, especially N16, KH416 and Steyr-Auch. I don't think they need anything you wouldn't already have on a regular AR build, though.

That's nothing, this is what a hard fight against T looks like: STR versatility shotgun was a wild ride sometimes.

    Soys Row 2022

A satirical Papers, Please-esque game about a bunch of zoomers committing various while collar crimes and staying ahead of the cops could be pretty fun.

I think it's just age mixed with the strain of excitement from discussing the topic. I don't think Wit has talked about it for decades either.

Just snipers with Shooting Spree and SMGs and ARs with Commando. Shotguns, pistols, xbows and psi don't get anything out of kills outside of MP from Hit and Run.

The loss isn't permanent anyway, you just have to wait a couple hours in-game and all the negative effects from Motion will go away.

No it won't. Jack doesn't care whether Mordre lives or dies.

I'm the exact opposite. Arke is challenging in a fun way, while shroom forest is a trivial slog. Helps that robots drop batteries and scraps you can use to recharge and repair your gear while shroomlings are purely a drain on resources, and a crit-immune one at that. The forest does have some of...

Flavor and consistency, I reckon. Rancor gets a minor buff to damage along with extra burst shot - nice to have, but not that crucial. But Black Arrow gets a MASSIVE damage buff, increased strength requirement (7) and daze on user after every shot, which effectively turns it into a joke item...

You don't need that much base stealth, actually. I remember having <120 effective stealth plus some high quality stealth gear (infused hopper black overcoat, black tabis and balaclava, cloaking device) giving me ~150 on top of that when I blew up the sonar without triggering hostilities.

Yes, as long as your blast doesn't hit anyone. You can do every pirate quest without turning Eels hostile.

My point was explicitly about the effectiveness of MT versus coil spiders compared to other psi schools. On my tri-school psychosis psigger I have found that MT even without any feat investment is the best tool against them due to its versatile abilities, powerful crits and bugs being both...

Implosion has a 5 turn cooldown and 5 tile range. It's good on a single target with lots of HP, but coil spooders are never alone. Plus having to rely on another school in the first place kinda invalidates the whole point of PK not being fucked over by spooder's electric immunity.
