By the time you can take on the patrols you should be already swimming in cash anyway.

All mercantile feats are useless since they don't do anything you won't get just by waiting.

Melee scales off STR or DEX, whichever is higher.

With pistols or SMGs and versatility the idea is to max out your DEX to get the AP reduction and high effective melee, and take Versatility to make Guns scale off Melee. You're not doing it to have Melee, you're doing it to scale Guns off DEX.

My experience is on Dominating playing a 3 AGI build and stacking stealth solely through crafted gear. As for designator bots - just avoid them, their detection radius is slightly smaller than your vision radius.

Not really. You don't even have to fight anyone, just have like 130 effective stealth.

Tremendously good. Take High-Tecnicalities, Disassemble and Practical Physicist.

You should be fine on Hard and below if you pick one weapon class (as in sniper rifles, pistols, knives, etc) and stick to it. Don't skip out on grenades, traps, drugs and crafting, they're all useful on pretty much any character. Depot A is the main test of your character and your tactical...

No, I mean TM is just a straight up massive buff even without any investment outside of skill points, so you can just slap it on top of an otherwise psiless build for major gains.

How do you fuck up adding TM to a gun build?

I've heard that TC skill also affects it, so psiless characters are effectively boned, even with Torch.

You get an email in your SGS computer at the start of every Dominating playthrough that tells you whether you have Demise or Arena Masters, so if you have the former you can just immediately export your char and restart util you get the latter (or vice-versa).

Yeah, Omega is never mentioned after Depot A (outside of a couple odiities in Ironhead territory) despite being a significant played in southern geopolitics before being wiped out fairly recently and it always irked me.
