Bourgeoisie, one of the numerous Polish post-apocalyptic projects most of which are doomed to become vaporware, has updated its new website, no longer hosted at No Mutants Allowed.

First of all the project's developers - the ChickenHead Team have changed the game's official name to “Bourgeoisie: Pearl of the Wastelands”, so you can now use the nice looking B:PotW acronym instead of pondering on how the hell "Bourgeoisie" is spelt. Second of all their website has experienced a complete makeover. They've made a new layout, added a few new sections and posted some new articles and added new content to their gallery.

Beside that, the ChickenHead Team have announced that they are currently in an advanced stage of design. Their English forum is still at No Mutants Allowed.

You can find more screenshots in their new gallery if you care.

Yup, and the english version of the homepage are supposed to be up and running in a few days.

I really like what they are trying to do with that game, looks very promising. BUT one thing really bummed me out... How can they not like my suggestion for a "mascot" on the NMA-forums?

.. I was like: OMGG!!11 Dat Suxx0rz ur b0xx0rz OLOOOLOLLLL HELP HELP HELP 1337133713371337!!

Oh yeah, btw here´s a neat, no-bs FAQ covering everything important one needs to know bout the game:

Hähä:
39. Will we be able to steal from NPC’s?
Of course. What kind of a game would this be if we couldn’t steal and how would our character get by?

Looks pretty good to me, but the title is definitely in need of some work. It looks like the Fallout Tactics engine, which is fine, but they've obviously done some new textures and models if it is the same engine. The FAQ is pretty expansive and inspires some interest in the game, so I wouldn't mind seeing this game completed if includes everything they say it does.

Actually those are pics from the old in-house engine, that has been scraped for awhile for the Torque engine, full 3d pretyness. Check the forum at NMA and they`ll explain how things are going.

Just make the graphics roughly on par with Jagged Alliance 2 and I´ll be satisfied.

If its on par with FO Tactics I´ll be friggin ecstatic.
