Hmmm, it's temporary until you refresh.

If you keep the brofist button selected and press enter for a while you can see it, it forms a little column of empty rows of brofisting divs (sometimes).

I think the brofisting button could use a cooldown.

The anonymous brofist message is curious regardless of it's buggy cause; enforced implementation could lessen the favour currying element brofisting presently has.
