I'm going to define it as: Anything remotely involving tracking down someone's location - such as city, town, street address, phone number - or harassing them on other sites such as Facebook or YouTube, especially suggesting doing things to them that would or could be considered criminal.

Rule Nazi's will be the first to die, so don't even try it.

It was not me - but I ended up getting involved (in a limited manner). There was a concern that we may have needed to get lawyers to keep the site online (and an issue as to whether we come under America's jurisdiction re: "Freedom of Speech" given the server is based there) but thankfully after the initial inquiries, the matter was dropped.

I should note that Australia - and in fact many other countries - do not have "freedom of speech" provisions in their constitution that you can use as a get out of jail free card.
