Nordic Games has opened up a new studio in Munich by the name of Grimlore Games. The new team consists of people who have worked on games such as The Settlers, Knights and Merchants, Cultures, and Spellforce.

Their intent is to focus on PC games that combine strategy and RPG elements, including development on Spellforce 3.

the Name of that studio sounds almost like the title of an obscure game whose dev failed to register it as a Trademark.

From the style the logo reminds me a bit of Black Isle.
