Taking inspiration from Cleve's Grimoire bug counter and in honor of the last remaining Grimoire bug it would be nice to allow posters to give out fractional brofists.

Sometimes I find myself liking a post but not feeling it deserves an entire brofist. Like the poster made a good point but was gay or womyn or crispy.

Fractional brofists would let people level up others brofist rating as much as they deserve it.

Sounds like a good idea. I think it needs to be tested first to ensure safety before being rolled out to the codex at large though, given the potential problems of Brofist Withdrawal. We could try making all Brofists for Flunklesnarkin, past present and future, count as 1/2 Brofists so we can observe the effects.

Just change it so that 1 brofists now equals 1/1000 brofists. so, 1000 "brofists" = 1 actual brofist.
