The Grimoire thread

In honor of Cleveland Mark Blakemore's contribution to epic threads and the recent progress on Grimoire, it may be time to show some goodwill towards our resident neanderthal.

We already stated, as soon as he releases the full finished and complete Grimoire game, we will then move the thread. It is not moving anywhere else until then.

It's kinda sad that a person who actually fell for it and donated (lol) to Cleve almost but not quite came to realise they'd been duped and proceeded to voicing their complaints.. Only to eventually resume arse licking and now making site feedback threads requesting its thread be brought back to light..

Then again one has to consider the rest of the people contributing on that thread..or even the number of morons that signed up on the Codex just for it. At which point one cannot but recall how other threads in this same forum seem all but made for the lowest denominator, needing nothing but lies, misinformation, edgy adjectives and plenty of pretense to attract attention and participation. Along with a couple of no-lifers to keep the talk ongoing..
So maybe it's not kinda sad after all, as it eventually amounts to containment versus dispersion.

So yes, you deserve a Cleve thread after all. The OP knows better.

For someone who is so above it all, you seem to follow the Grimoire thread religiously, if you can remember all that about me. But I never felt "duped". You seem to think that complaining and making fun of something cannot coexist with caring about that same thing.

Lady Error you do yourself too little credit. I need not follow any thread religiously, or in your case at all. Your idiocy has the power (by virtue of its singularity) to occasionally stand out. Not many people confuse first with third person RPGs, not many people are dumb enough to give money (for nothing, chicks for free) to Cleve and come here and state so. In your shoes, i'd be more proud and less self-insecure. One needs not much effort to notice you. Also, voted for Grimoire subforum, but now I'm changing to General RPG Discussion. When it's ready and released as per Jaesun. Until then, Prosperland and I'm not even checking it.

But why, what is the purpose of this policy, did the existence of the thread in GRPG really bother the Codex Administration(tm) so much? I don't get it.

It's tough to summarise all the recent progress, but it includes:

- Microissue counter slightly reduced (to get Grimoire working on modern monitors)
- Cleve's backbone is now steel not titanium
- New anime title screen to troll the thread
- Resident Evil 4 is a good game which holds up well, CMB planning to use it as inspiration for 'Lovecraft game'
- Vault-OS is coming along nicely, elements incorporated into Cleve's day job too
