What are some first person RPGs that:

1) Have all the scope/depth/replayability of say, Baldur's Gate II?
2) Have several interesting "worlds" with different environments/themes (Think one 'world' that looks like say, medieval England; another that is a snowy realm; and so on)
3) Is more than just a dungeon crawl and has a central story with a singular bad guy - preferably a mage of some sort?
4) Have accessible combat systems/magic use, similar again to BG?
5) Have lots of monsters based on actual mythological beasts (ala Minotaurs, Zombies, etc) rather than "made up" monsters?
6) That features light platforming elements and QTE-type events.

So, I'm not sure if you're asking for an old-school crpg or a proper 3d first person one. Old school you may be able to find what you're looking for, new school would be pretty hard. (perhaps a might & magic game?)

For one, combat you're going to find is a usual crap shoot - doing first person combat right is hard and even then "correct" first person combat is far from perfection. Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, while having some flaws is an amazing experience that I would recommend to everyone. Other than that there's not much else that I can recommend to your overly-specific tastes.

I was going to recommend Wizardry, but then I saw this:
That features light platforming elements and QTE-type events.
I hope you die for wanting QTE. :flamesaw:

QTE doesn't mean Telltale style events. Mainly reflex based actions that require some thought. Timed "puzzles" if you will. Telltale has really made "QTE" a dirty word.

I have hated QTE way before even knowing Telltales game had QTE. I hate this shit since it was used in Shenmue and hated it more in RE4.

3D first person (or primitive Daggerfall style 3D).

I don't mean QTE where you have to "press button A", "Press B". By QTE, I mean very fast, reflex based sequence similar to this:

Ultima Underworld 2 meets all your requirements, though the magic system is a bit different. However, I feel UU1 is the better game.

You want too much I think. But if you exclude first 2 - maybe Legend of Grimrock 1-2? Anyway BG in first person don't exist. *sigh*
