If anyone Euro folk are interested in The legend of Legacy, a demo is now available in the Euro eShop. I'm playing it now and then transferring the demo data to the final game so that I don't have to start all over again.

Also, coming up early this year we will be announcing another JRPG for Steam as well as the Japanese action game that we’ve been talking about in recent weeks. We’ve had a lot of requests to bring this particular title to Steam so I’m sure that a lot of you will be happy to hear about its upcoming Steam release.

Beyond that, we’re also deep in negotiations for quite a few new Japanese titles, primarily to port to PC, and while at this point it’s too early to disclose any details, let me just say that there are quite a few games among them that are really exciting me! Not only are we looking at a few games from a Japanese developer that I’ve been wanting to work with for a long time, but I’ve also been evaluating a Japanese game which - as far as I’m aware - hasn’t even been announced for Japan yet. Exciting!

Would be nice but I guess they will instead start with 999 if Danganronpa will sell. Still its nice to see more Japanese games on steam, specially more ambitious visual novels.

Spike Chunsoft has been dropping clues and now it’s time for the big reveal: Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc fires onto Steam this February! The fast-paced murder mystery will be the first of many titles we plan to publish via Steam.

We also launched a Twitter account and Facebook page to bring our games and developers closer to the English-language community. Our door is open to discuss our plans for Steam and future projects.

Though (based on the screenshots) Danganronpa looks like a barebone port.

As long as it is optimized , has both Japanese and English voices and actually uses the mouse it is good enough.
But knowing the history of Japanese pc ports i wouldn't be surprised if they somehow screw it up.

In theory second game port is also confirmed and more things to come later. I guess it also means Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls and maybe Zero Escape series. Honestly expect that I have no idea what other games they could bring on pc.

Compile Heart, Idea Factory and Idea Factory International joined the forces and launched a new brand IDEA FACTORY INTERNATIONAL (don't confuse with Idea Factory International )

For those interested in LESS T_T's coverage of indie SRPG Vestaria Saga from Shouzou Kaga (Fire Emblem creator) which uses the same game development software.

Screenies

- 3 Difficulties - only lunatic mode has permadeath, but can be revived with bonus item.
- Even in normal mode, Chapter 1 is not a walk in the park.
- III does not have the optional battle animations.
- No story continuation between series; they are standalone stories
No further comment as I was just testing the gameplay mechanics and have no interest in continuing them.

Unannounced Japanese action game has now been signed Concentrating on the #Steam release of #CubixxHD but hopefully we'll have more to announce on it soon. We've actually nearly finished the port so it should be ready to go into beta very soon after the announcement

Today I've been hearing about some of the stuff we're bidding for at the moment. Some really exciting stuff. Including an action JRPG, a more traditional JRPG, and a visual novel. Not that any of this is guaranteed, and if we get them they will be after the Japanese action game and JRPG I spoke about in the 1st blog post of the year,
