I'm talking about visual character creators, i.e. moving sliders around to change nose size, etc.

Is there anything else on the level of Dragon's Dogma, with that kind of extreme body variety? You can make anything between small children, decrepit grannies, inhuman hulk-men, total monstrosity people, etc. It came out in mid 2012 and I don't play MMOs which seem to be on the leading edge of that kind of thing, nor do I pay attention to much outside the RPG genre, so I was wondering if someone had made a clearly stronger version by now.

Eve online and some other Korean MMOs allow you to do so. Saints row, you can even make a tranny.
