Thanks to advances in technology, Bethesda was finally able to bring us the true Fallout experience: Fallout 4.

The Wizardry and M&M games aren't crpgs, because there's no story choices.

(or is it supposed to be a statement that you actually believe? In that case, scrap the above, I'll go with: Arcanum is nowhere near as fun as it is interesting, and despite all its brilliance in world-building, interactivity and choices, the broken combat system made it less enjoyable than the IE games.)

A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Kingmaker Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Sheet, I started looking for real comments on Fallout 4, not just some made up, and now I am self-triggered.

:negative:

I'll share:

"If you're anything like the rest of the gaming population, then you're probably drooling with anticipation at the thought of playing Fallout 4 when it launches this week."

"After watching the marketing campaign for Fallout 4 and playing the game itself, it is obvious that Bethesda knows how to tell a story and they understand who their audience is — a killer combination for marketing and product delivery."

"Fallout 4 is an engrossing game that lures you in with mystery and the promise of adventure."

"Fallout 4 is an argument for substance over style, and an excellent addition to the revered open-world series."

Wasteland 3 will be a better game now that they've blacklisted the codex and take a blind eye to us

also

The Kickstarter revolution was a chance for a true RPG renaissance, but there was not enough input from biowhore fans

only Japanese know how to do old-school RPGs anymore

The codexian general hate on cooldowns is moronic. Cooldown systems increase the variety of characteristics a spell can have and therefor make for a deeper combat system if done well.

The Codex deserved to be blacklisted by InXile.

PST is a glorified visual novel, and all of its supposed 'deep themes' are nothing more than a pretentiously dressed teen angst.

Picking dialog options isn't gameplay.

Bethesda's Fallouts were a huge improvement over originals in every possible respect.

Clinton won the popular vote, she should be the president.

Obsidian Entertainment and our legendary game designers Chris Avellone, Tim Cain, and Josh Sawyer are excited to bring you a new role-playing game for the PC. Project Eternity (working title) pays homage to the great Infinity Engine games of years past: Baldur’s Gate, Icewind Dale, and Planescape: Torment.

Project Eternity aims to recapture the magic, imagination, depth, and nostalgia of classic RPG's that we enjoyed making - and playing. At Obsidian, we have the people responsible for many of those classic games and we want to bring those games back… and that’s why we’re here - we need your help to make it a reality!

Project Eternity will take the central hero, memorable companions and the epic exploration of Baldur’s Gate, add in the fun, intense combat and dungeon diving of Icewind Dale, and tie it all together with the emotional writing and mature thematic exploration of Planescape: Torment.

The codexian general hate on RTwP is moronic. Either you set autopause options to stop at approriate trigger (hit, kill, out of ammo, end of turn...) or you manually hitting pause at approriate message appearing on log window. There's no reason a RTwP system can not make for a best tactical game, and plenty of proof it has done well.

Valkyria Chronicles.
UFO Afterlight.
UFO Aftershock.
