Crispy™ Daikatana Multiplayer Association: Codexian Dojo

Been active in this game lately and managed to get a few boyim to play, so I've decided to start this thread and get more people on board.

What you need to start:

1. Get a copy of Daikatana (Steam & GOG versions are already pre-patched to 1.2, CD version needs to be patched to 1.2 manually).
2. Download and install Unofficial 1.3 Patch (also recommended to download pak6 to load certain maps and pak9.pak with community maps).
3. Gather your party and start playing.

If you want to find more players or want to play against real pros, join the Daikatana Multiplayer Association on Steam.

I'd say 'git gud', but you ran away 0-13 style the moment you realized you have to learn how the game works, so it's unlikely you'll ever bother to try again.

It's good. Just requires actual skill to use weapons efficiently AND avoid noobtraps.

Meanwhile, we had fun today. Look at the best results so far:

yeah it requires "actual skill" to spam balls of plasma everywhere that sit there and passively do damage, also the "actual skill" of shooting a gun at a wall and having it bounce all over the room or corridor..
