What setting/world would you choose for a Torment's successor???

It would be interesting if it is set during the blood war,maybe on Avernus. Playing a soul that can't be affected by both the demons and the devils,maybe god blessed or something,maybe a felled deity that doesn't remember it.

Every time you do, the higher Modron hierarchy you go. To become Primus, ruler of Mechanus, one must write all possible definitions of what an RPG is, therefore defining the boundaries of Reality.

A bleak world of fallen dreams and failed revolutions, an industrial neighbourhood of a wounded city on an archipelago divided by white emptiness that causes people to loose theirs minds.

Also, the main character should be an amnesiac cop. And a complete fuckup.

I do agree that disco is the closest thing that we got to torment. Still it would be nice to see an actual torment.....sequel or something similar.
