This, imagine anticipating anything in this day and age. Spiritual successors on the other hand I don't mind, so I'll take a new version of Darklands. I also wouldn't say no to another Drakensang or Dark Eye game.

Blackguards 3

I really enjoyed the first one, but I thought I heard the second was massive decline. I avoided it for that reason.

I'd agree that Blackguards 2 is a notch below Blackguards 1 in almost every aspect except the main thing - the combat and encounter design.
It's less of an rpg and more of a tactical wargame, so I see why some people would declare it a decline.

But as I played it for combat and DSA mechanics, I enjoyed it greatly and I wish there was a sequel.
