This is not my only hobby, I also read a lot and train swimming.
Codex membership requires at least 12 hours of RPG-only gaming a day.

I must've spent 500+ hours playing Fallout 2 and BG2 before Steam even appeared. But then this:

Pre-Steam
Civ II - Staple of the 90's
MOO2 - Staple of the 90's
Ultima IV - was a kid and had a kids obsession
Civ IV - Staple of the 00's
FO2 - Still Play
R:TW /w UB - You could watch a movie between AI turns.
BG/BG2 - Still play
X-Com -

My steam times have been wonky because I have kids and tend to leave games running for hours when I only play a few minutes. I've left Stellaris on for 24 hours before. Anyway my top steam games are:

Stellaris
Pathfinder
PoE
nuX-Com - Had a 250+ hour Long War campaign that I got burned out on a few years ago.
Civ IV - Just adding to my per-steam total
TES: Skyrim  - Kept looking for that perfect mod setup. Alas never found it.
M2:TW - Lots of mods. Played this a lot before steam as well.
Underrail - Cryonic re-starter.

I can't believe I forgot GTA 3, that game was an obsession. The entire map is printed on my brain forever. Had a save file with 49k people killed and 6 hours flown on the Dodo.

I shouldn't participate in dirty laundry threads. I'm pretty sure that things like Tony Hawk and Age of Empires push 500 Hours but when I have to be honest; the stuff that happened before High school WAS that much longer than everything that happened since. And the top 5 at least have nothing wrong

1 : Monaco: What's Yours is Mine
2: Roller Coaster Tycoon
3 : Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim
4 : Worms Armageddon
5: Virtua Tennis 2
6: Mario Party 3
7: Super Smash Brothers Melee
8: Donkey Kong Country 2
9: Tabletop Simulator
10: Doctor Lunaitc : Supreme with Cheese

The count for Doom, Thief, Quake and Gothic is significantly more ungodly that this, given the time invested in them prior to purchasing the steam versions. As to Dark Souls, add some couple hundred hours on PS3 and some 50 hours spent on the """remaster""".

Among non-Steam games, I've probably accumulated well over 500 hours in Heroes of Might and Magic 3, TIE Fighter, Daggerfall and the first Fallouts.

Give me that sweet butthurt, Codex!
More than 1,000 hours in COD. But, not just COD; COD Multiplayer. How did you stand it?

CoD MW2 was literally the one single game I had on Steam in most of 2010, so I played just that, every day, for nearly a full year. Multiplayer shooters, when done properly, are something I can play ad infinitum.

I'm more perplexed by the 300 hours in Grimrock II, a game I loved, but took maybe 25 hours for a full playthrough.

I made a pretty much full-game sized mod in the editor, so it counted the hours.

Playing out hardcore sex scenes in Skyrim doesn't mean that you're hardcore as fuck.
