Tom Hall also wanted Doomguy to be Commander Keen's grandson, which would mean that one of the kids from the cursed mobile game would've been Doomguy's parent. Note that chucklefuck mcgee 1 and 2 from Youngblood exist in the Commander Keen timeline: you can see them in the trailer of the aforementioned mobile game. That would mean that they are the older sisters of Arthur Kenneth Blaze, who is yet to be born at the time of Youngblood. Unless he was already born and that's going to be the twist of Wolfenstein: The New Third One.
